Marc van Sintmaartensdijk has been an associate lawyer at our firm since 2003. Prior to that, he worked for a medium-sized contracting company as a financial planner and quality assurance manager. Marc specializes in construction and property law and has a great deal of litigation experience at the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry (Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw, RvA). He is also involved with tendering issues, insolvency law, and cases relating to apartment rights and owners’ associations. He also regularly acts as an insolvency practitioner.
Marc studied private law at Radboud University Nijmegen. He completed a course in construction law at the Institute for Construction Law (Instituut voor Bouwrecht) and, in 2015, completed Grotius Academie’s specialist legal course in property law. Marc is a member of the Construction Law Association (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht, VBR) and the Association for Construction Lawyers (Vereniging voor Bouwrechtadvocaten, VBRA).
